At Artwallpainting, we want you to love your artwork. Please read our return policy carefully before making a purchase.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for the following reasons:

  • Item arrived damaged or broken
  • Item received is significantly different from what was ordered
  • Manufacturing defect

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom or personalized artworks made to your specification
  • Items that have been used, hung, or altered
  • Items returned after 7 days of delivery
  • Change of mind purchases (we strongly recommend reviewing size guides before ordering)

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at artartwallpainting@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order
  2. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the damage/defect
  3. Our team will respond within 48 hours with return instructions

Refund Process

Once your return is approved and the item is received and inspected:

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

International Orders (USA, UAE, Singapore)

For international orders, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs and any customs/import duties. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate a return and place a new order.

Damaged in Transit

If your artwork arrives damaged, please do not discard any packaging. Take photographs of the outer packaging and the damaged item, and email them to us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
