Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for the following reasons:
- Item arrived damaged or broken
- Item received is significantly different from what was ordered
- Manufacturing defect

- Custom or personalized artworks made to your specification
- Items that have been used, hung, or altered
- Items returned after 7 days of delivery
- Change of mind purchases (we strongly recommend reviewing size guides before ordering)
How to Initiate a Return

- Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the damage/defect

Refund Process
Once your return is approved and the item is received and inspected:
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

International Orders (USA, UAE, Singapore)

Exchanges

Damaged in Transit
If your artwork arrives damaged, please do not discard any packaging. Take photographs of the outer packaging and the damaged item, and email them to us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
